To achieve this, we have for you a floor tailored to your wishes, all beautifully decorated and equipped so that you feel at home on the beach.
Our building is small, which makes it cozy and very intimate, since it only has three tourist apartments and a beautiful common terrace, where you can enjoy the sea breeze and the warm and mild climate that characterizes this region.
Its privileged location makes the area an ideal place to disconnect and forget any concern. However, those who want a little more action can find it a few meters away, where different recreation, entertainment and supply centers are located.
Each floor offers a unique experience, since each one has its own decoration and setting. For example, if what you are looking for is a space with modern lines and fine finishes highlighted by beautiful natural light, the best option is the Los Roques floor. On the other hand, the Isla de Margarita offers an equally cozy and comfortable stay, but with a more traditional decoration typical of a beach town.
